10th Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) Meeting – IEER, UET Lahore
The Institute of Environmental Engineering & Research (IEER), UET Lahore successfully conducted its 10th Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) Meeting, bringing together academia, industry leaders, and environmental experts to strengthen our collaborative vision for a sustainable future. This meeting’s attendees included Mr. Tariq Mahmood GM Operations at MMP, Mr. Aftab Aslam Agha Chairman BoG, MAAHI Poly Tech and Vocational Institute, Engr. Sharique Ahmed Head ERSD at NESPAK, Engr. Anum Shahid Specialist SWM and Mr. Salman Butt R & D Manager at Siddiq Leatherworks Pvt. Ltd.
This year’s meeting highlighted IEER’s 53-year legacy of excellence in teaching, research, consulting and industrial engagement, and the expanding global presence of our alumni across different countries.
We also shared our students achievements and IEER’s efforts in developing youth led social impact for pertinent environmental concerns by showcasing our conferences, seminars and initiatives. The IAB Members were invited to collaborate with IEER for industry led research, collaborations for conferences, seminars, guest lectures and industrial tours of IEER students.
The IAB continues to play a vital role in shaping academic excellence, industry relevance, and future-ready environmental professionals at IEER. Together, we aim to build a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable world.
