Transformation Tables : Shaping Leaders, Empowering Futures
The Transformation Table, a series of personality development and leadership training sessions, is a regular feature of IEER students’ development initiatives. The program, originally developed by John Maxwell Foundation, is being introduced in IEER by KIPs Pakistan and FAIDA Foundation to equip students with essential leadership skills, self-awareness, and personal growth strategies. These transformation sessions were offered annually to students from the cohorts of 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 aiming to nurture well-rounded professionals ready to lead in both academic and professional spheres.
The core objective of the Transformation Table program is to foster the development of key leadership qualities and personal growth among students. Built on John Maxwell’s principles, the program seeks to cultivate essential traits like confidence, communication, and the ability to influence others positively. Over the years, the sessions provided students with the mindset necessary to succeed in their studies, as well as in their careers and life beyond university. Each cohort of students, from 2020 to 2023, experienced a structured curriculum that progressed year by year, focusing on enhancing both their technical and interpersonal skills. We expect that the program will develop well-rounded individuals equipped with leadership, interpersonal, and personal growth skills to excel academically, professionally, and socially. These sessions are now currently being offered to cohort of 2024 and 2025.
